Order Tracking
My Tracking Number Is Not Working
Most of our orders come with a tracking number. However, if your order doesn’t have one, please contact us at Elegance Corner for assistance. We’ll do our best to provide information about your shipment.
You will receive your tracking number via email a few days after placing your order. You can track your order using this number on our Track Order page. Ensure you’ve entered the code correctly by copying and pasting it.
How Do I Know If My Order Has Been Shipped?

The Tracking Site Says Delivered, But I Haven't Received My Package Yet
Sometimes, postal services mark orders as delivered when they reach your local post office, even if you haven't received them yet. In such cases, please wait a few more days for delivery or contact your local post office, as they might be holding your package.

How Long Does Shipping Take?
Standard international shipping usually takes 8-20 business days. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days. During peak periods, please allow up to 6 business days for dispatch.
How Is the Package Delivered?
Delivery depends on your location and the product ordered. Packages may be delivered to your home, mailbox, porch, or local post office. If the mailman attempts delivery but you are not home, a notice may be left for pickup from your local post office.

While we can't guarantee changes due to our fast processing times, we will do our best to assist you. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to make changes. Please note that if we can't cancel the order, refunds won't be provided for products shipped to the wrong address.
My Package Is Stuck in Customs, What Can I Do?
Customs processes and postal services vary by country, and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.
